ORION

Part of the Gap Laser Systems product portfolio, ORION is a range of air-cooled fiber lasers designed for applications where marking speed, marking depth and high visual contrast are key requirements.

• Available power levels: 20 W, 30 W, 50 W and 100 W
• Air-cooled design
• Optional embedded PC for running marking software directly on the system
• Selected communication protocols can be integrated for variable-data transmission

ORION supports demanding marking requirements including:

• High-speed marking
• Deep marking
• High-contrast marking
• Marking on plastics

ORION can also be equipped with a 3D marking module developed by the R&D team, enabling marking on:

• Staggered surfaces
• Inclined surfaces
• Irregular surfaces

Depending on the application, the module can be configured in the clean-room environment to meet specific technical requirements.
