Every module create different log entry.

The log file is created in the Log folder set in Configuration File

The log file have the name as YYYYMMDD.txt where:

  • YYYY is the year
  • MM is the month
  • DD is the day

When the log file reach the size set in Configuration File the log file is compressed as YYYYMMDD-1.gz and a new file is created.

Every time the log file reach that size, a new compressed file is created with serial number: YYYYMMDD-2.qz YYYYMMDD-3.gz and so on.

NOTE: a high Log Level can generate big size log files faster! Use high log level only for test and debug!

At System Start some important informations are logged.

Here a sample of a standard boot up log file section:

The log structure is the same for every module:

HH:MM:SS:mmm - [MODULE]:

Where:

  • HH is the hour
  • MM is the minute
  • SS is the second
  • mmm is the millisecond
  • MODULE is the module generate the log entry

Refers to the specific module section for low level commands understanding.

NOTE: every time you need support, please, send us the log files of the machine, possibly with high log level in the section the support is required.
