IXLA and its Emergency Management Team is fully committed for monitoring the continuously evolving situation on Covid-19, by keeping healthy our employees and suppliers at first in any decision taking.
We write to you today, to inform you that Italian Government has extended actions as reported in the news, this shall influence our activities in the next two weeks till April 13th.
IXLA Srl therefore shall grant After Sales assistance, managing repair and replacement of parts together with shipment of spare parts and repaired systems. There is no production in place, all other activities will be managed by remote and smart working:
✓ We can respond to any Service or Technical Support queries, with usual service level
✓ We will be pleased to respond to any commercial queries, eventually with a slight delay
✓ We are able to produce commercial offers and sales presentations as usual
✓ IXLA Srl logistics works, we could receive and ship goods
✗ We are NOT in the position of receiving visitors, hold training sessions, and generally speaking, perform any activities requiring the physical presence of external personnel in our premises
✗ Our logistics is stop in the local offices of Miami and Singapore, we DO NOT receive and ship goods
IXLA shall keep monitoring the situation and we give relevant updates by publishing news on our website.
